On this basis, SLT uses extremely modern materials and lively elements to break through people’s inherent impression of ” Market”. While delivering Holiland’s concept of “natural and fresh” ingredients, SLT builds the modern spiritual attribute of “Holiland Market” which is young, personalized and trendy.
In the design of Holiland Market, we use three basic forms — “circle”, “square” and “triangle” to conceive and divide the internal and external space. As a summary of the essential elements of formative arts, these three simple geometric shapes convey different emotional cues and visual impressions: “circle” symbolizes communication; “square” stands for tradition; and “triangle” represents the trend.
The mutual coordination, integration and deformation of these three building blocks are not only a visual echo of the cake shape, but also a reflection of the multi-cultural connotation of the “market”. The creative inspiration of Holiland Baking is overlapped visually with the humanistic experience of the market.
The exterior area of Holiland Market is both a restoration of the open-air Market stall and an extension of the interior space. As the First Sight of passers-by, three different “booths” generated by three basic forms catch the eye through the dynamic colors with a strong sense of fashion.
From the psychological characteristics of social attributes, the differences in booth shapes suggest different aggregation modes of crowds. The square seat module made of stainless steel paint is a non-fixed place prop. Under the premise of ensuring durability, it can adapt to different dining forms according to the number of customers, dining rules and seat density, reflecting the market characteristics of flexibility, fluidity and adaptability.
Entering directly from the main entrance, the cake exhibition area is an irregular curved display stand crafted by SLT. The arc is derived from the basic form “circle” through wireless changes, and “circle”, as a symbol with a very inclusive sense, implies the appreciation of the arc display stand in any direction. The experience of space becomes multi-dimensional. At the same time, as a visual center, three arc-shaped elements made of different materials interlace with each other in the vertical direction, creating a breathing sense of viewing experience in the limited indoor environment.
The interior walls are made of terrazzo, texture paint and other materials. The use of color continues the vitality of orange and green grass, delivering a youthful and natural atmosphere. The creative use of embedded counter metal plates and the dynamic rotating screen on the ceiling bring a sense of movement to the space while creating a balanced visual conflict.
