项目坐落于新加坡，由佛山洲际空间设计工程有限公司（洲际空间娱乐设计）全程全案设计落地，定位面向海外华人精英圈层的高端商务派对地标。项目以「东方帝仪 · 星际共生」为核心创作理念，将东方龙图腾礼制文化与赛博朋克星际太空美学双向融合，打破当下东南亚高端娱乐空间同质化、风格西化、业态单一的普遍困境。
Designed and fully implemented by Foshan Intercontinental Space Design Engineering Co., Ltd. (Intercontinental Space Entertainment Design), Singapore Empire KTV serves as a high-end business party landmark oriented to overseas Chinese elite communities. Centered on the design philosophy of “Eastern Imperial Grace · Interstellar Symbiosis”, the project integrates Eastern dragon totem ritual culture with cyberpunk interstellar aesthetics, breaking the widespread predicament of homogenization, over-Westernized styles and single functional layouts among high-end entertainment venues across Southeast Asia.

设计摒弃装饰堆砌的流行手法，以一体化连体无缝曲面构筑完整星际舱体式空间骨架，坚持全局对称美学。空间大量运用工厂预制纯不锈钢异形模块，搭配高透匀光亚克力导光板、线性彩云管导光柱、可编程RGB灯带与亚克力导光板发光风扇灯，搭建多层次复合光影体系。整套声光电搭载中央智能中控系统，预设多氛围模式一键联动切换，光影、雾化、音响动态同步，可灵活适配商务接待、圈层社交、潮流派对、日常节能值守等多元场景。门厅作为项目文化核心载体，矗立巨型通透水晶发光龙首艺术装置，搭配智能间歇雾化系统。龙图腾呼应项目名称EMPIRE所蕴含的帝国威仪，传统东方文化装置与未来科技空间相融共生，形成极具辨识度的空间文化符号。
Rejecting overstacked decorative gimmicks, the design adopts integrated seamless continuous curved surfaces to form a complete interstellar cabin spatial framework under global symmetrical aesthetics. The venue extensively adopts factory prefabricated special-shaped stainless steel modules, matched with high-transmittance uniform-light acrylic light guide panels, linear colorful light tubes, programmable RGB light strips and acrylic light-guide fan lights, forming a multi-layer composite light and shadow system. The whole audio-visual, lighting and fogging system connects to an intelligent central control platform with one-click synchronous switching of multiple atmosphere presets. Lights, fogging devices and audio operate in linkage to adapt flexibly to business receptions, elite social gatherings, trendy parties and energy-saving daily maintenance. As the cultural core of the entrance lobby stands a giant transparent luminous crystal dragon-head art installation equipped with an intelligent intermittent fogging system. The dragon totem echoes the imperial dignity implied by the project name “EMPIRE”. The integration of traditional oriental art installation and futuristic technological space creates a highly recognizable cultural landmark inside the venue.

The whole space inherits the consistent integrated cyber interstellar style, and continuous curved surfaces recreate the texture of starship cabins. Four preset atmosphere modes can be switched freely via the intelligent system, balancing tranquil business atmosphere and dynamic party vitality, enabling a single space to meet diversified usage demands.

本项目实现行业突破性业态创新：市面可见KTV与高端会所均未设置赛车模拟设施，虚拟模拟座舱仅应用于游乐场，未见同类娱乐场所落地。设计首创「高端商务KTV+实体整车竞速模拟」复合场景，打造两间专属模拟包房。汽车模拟空间置入1台完整实体赛车，摩托车模拟空间对称摆放2台实体摩托整车，区别于游乐场虚拟座舱，高度还原真实车辆操控质感，兼顾专业车手实训与精英圈层潮流社交，填补全球高端娱乐空间的业态空白。
The project delivers groundbreaking innovation in business format. No racing simulation facilities can be found in mainstream KTVs and premium clubs; virtual racing cockpits only exist in amusement parks and have never been introduced into similar entertainment venues. The design pioneers the compound model of “high-end business KTV + physical full-vehicle racing simulation” with two exclusive simulation booths. One complete physical racing car is placed in the automobile simulation room, while two physical motorcycles are symmetrically laid out in the motorcycle simulation room. Different from virtual amusement park cockpits, real driving feedback is fully restored to support both professional driver training and elite trendy social interaction, filling a global functional gap in high-end entertainment design.

落地阶段直面四大难点：复杂连体曲面精准还原、多层光影系统协同联动、实体车辆与空间尺度融合、传统艺术装置与科技风格视觉平衡。团队采用全不锈钢模块化精密预制工艺，全部造型构件工厂标准化开模生产、现场拼装，最大限度缩小拼接误差，保障效果图高度还原；同步完成全线路前置预埋，实现整套智能光影系统稳定同步联动。选材策略兼顾美学表现、长久耐用与低碳建造：不锈钢、高耐久亚克力作为核心主材，规避传统木作、石膏材料易老化开裂的短板；依托模块化预制施工，大幅削减现场粉尘、建筑垃圾与化学污染。全域统一采用节能LED光源，配套智能分区控光系统，设置节能值守模式；一体化无缝构造不易积污，长期运维耗材更低，从建造到运营贯穿绿色可持续设计思路。
Four major challenges emerged during construction: accurate restoration of complex integrated curved surfaces, coordination of multi-layer light systems, spatial adaptation for physical vehicles, and visual balance between traditional artwork and futuristic interiors. The design team adopted precision modular prefabrication of stainless steel. All structural components are standardized and molded in factories before on-site assembly to minimize splicing deviation and ensure high fidelity to design renderings. All pipelines are pre-embedded in advance to guarantee stable linkage of the intelligent light and shadow system. Material selection balances aesthetic expression, long-term durability and low-carbon construction. Stainless steel and high-performance acrylic are adopted as primary materials to avoid aging and cracking issues common in timber and gypsum. Modular prefabrication drastically reduces on-site dust, construction waste and chemical pollution. Energy-saving LED light sources are used throughout the venue, coordinated with intelligent zoned lighting and dedicated energy-saving standby mode. The integrated seamless structure resists dust accumulation and cuts long-term maintenance consumption. Sustainable concepts run through the whole lifecycle from construction to daily operation.
