商业空间的本质，以人为本，以营销为落地，空间本身就是一种媒介！

The essence of commercial space is people-oriented, marketing oriented, and the space itself is a medium.

LubanEra·Design创始人Bobo从不去追求所谓的设计风格，一直探寻的是美学给空间创造的商业价值，认为设计是以人为本，以营销为落地。结合MALREAL店面的地理位置，在面向扶梯的墙面上开了一个“大窗户”，让顾客在乘坐扶梯同时就可以清晰的看见店内的陈设和展示的商品，用这一扇窗来吸引人们的眼球，锁定前来购物的人流。

LubanEra · Design founder Bobo never pursues the so-called design style, but always explores the commercial value created by aesthetics for space, believing that design is people-oriented and marketing oriented. Combining the geographical location of the MALLEAL store, a “large window” has been opened on the wall facing the escalator, allowing customers to clearly see the store’s furnishings and displayed products while riding the escalator. This window is used to attract people’s attention and lock in the flow of people coming to shop.

以退为进

retreat in order to advance

店面入口的位置，则以退为进，以弧形包裹建筑立柱，呼应内部造型的同时，让入口变得大气宽阔，给顾客一种带入感。

The location of the entrance to the storefront is based on retreat, wrapping the building columns in an arc, echoing the internal design while making the entrance spacious and giving customers a sense of immersion.

店内没有多余的设计，干净的色彩、简单的线条、纯粹的材质、舒适的布局，无需多言便建构出层次丰富的商业空间。

There is no excess design in the store, with clean colors, simple lines, pure materials, and comfortable layout, creating a layered commercial space without much ado.
