有点建筑 | LIM咖啡运河公园店

苏州自古以来便与运河相依相生，直至今日，苏州近半的货运量仍然由水路承担着。夜晚游古运河，沿岸的灯光与古城的建筑相得益彰，一边是盘门、胥门、阊门等苏州的古老历史文化遗存，一边是林立的高楼。本项目就坐落于京杭大运河东岸，古今相映的交接点上。

Suzhou has been dependent on canals since ancient times. Until today, nearly half of Suzhou’s freight volume is still borne by waterways. Touring the ancient canal at night, the lights along the coast complement the buildings of the ancient city. On one side are the ancient historical and cultural relics of Suzhou, such as Panmen, Xumen, and Changmen, and on the other side are tall buildings. This project is located on the east bank of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, at the intersection of ancient and modern.

Lim咖啡运河公园店坐落于苏州市运河公园景区内，是片区中少有的一块位于城市高楼中间的绿地。有点建筑设计受业主委托对已经运营了五年的咖啡店进行建筑外立面及室内空间的整体更新改造。旨在打造一个身心舒适，动态丰富的休闲去处。

Lim Coffee Canal Park Store is located in the Canal Park Scenic Area of Suzhou City, which is a rare green space in the middle of urban high-rise buildings in the area. A little architectural design was entrusted by the owner to renovate the exterior facade and interior space of the coffee shop that has been in operation for five years. It aims to create a leisure place that is comfortable physically and mentally and rich in dynamics.

原始建筑是公园内配套的中式仿古建筑改造而来，整体建筑风貌为白墙黑瓦的传统双坡屋顶结构。开窗以大玻璃落地窗为主，体块稍显零碎。设计要求以低成本达到焕然一新的效果。因此我们通过引入一层新的表皮材料，将原始建筑重新包裹，整理，并且通过这层新表皮重新调整每个立面开窗的大小位置和比例。在节省施工预算，不拆除原始落地玻璃的情况下，最大限度的创造出立面的变化。

The original building is a transformation of the supporting Chinese antique buildings in the park, and the overall architectural style is a traditional double-sloped roof structure with white walls and black tiles. The windows are mainly large glass floor-to-ceiling windows, and the body block is slightly fragmented. Therefore, we re-wrapped and sorted out the original building by introducing a new layer of skin material, and through this new layer of skin, we readjusted the size, position and proportion of each façade window. In order to save the construction budget and do not remove the original floor-to-ceiling glass, the maximum change of the façade is created.

在新材料的选取上，考虑到业主提出的晚上想将咖啡厅转换为酒吧的想法，我们选择了阳光板作为新的建筑表皮。它在白天颜色淡雅，与原始的坡屋顶造型呼应，并不显得突兀，同时比普通白色涂料更具质感。

In the selection of new materials, we chose sun panels as the new building skin, taking into account the owner’s idea of converting the café into a bar at night. It is light in color during the day, echoing the original sloping roof shape, not obtrusive, and at the same time more textured than ordinary white paint.

当夜幕降临，安装在阳光板和原始墙面之间的灯带开启后，整栋建筑都被点亮，在幽暗的公园成为焦点，吸引人群前来。

When night falls, the light strip installed between the sun panels and the original wall is turned on, and the entire building is lit up, becoming the focal point in the dark park and attracting crowds.

在建筑正面的造型设计上，我们拆除了原始建筑二楼阳台上的三根装饰钢柱，使得整体造型更为简洁。同时新加的阳光板层将原始建筑凸出的檐口，山墙面两边的墙垛造型全部包裹在内，更新后的正立面雕塑感，体块感更强。

In the shape design of the front of the building, we removed the three decorative steel columns on the balcony on the second floor of the original building to make the overall shape more simple. At the same time, the newly added sun panel layer wraps the protruding cornice of the original building, and the wall stacks on both sides of the gable surface are all wrapped, and the renewed front façade has a sculptural sense and a stronger sense of mass.

在立面的设计上，除了引入新的阳光板表皮，我们还使用了新的颜色。通过红色涂料在一层墙面的使用，将建筑外立面的一二层从视觉上明显的区分开。

In the design of the façade, in addition to introducing a new sun panel skin, we also used new colors. Through the use of red paint on the first wall surface, the first and second floors of the building façade are visually distinguished.

红色的涂料让人印象深刻，在整个公园的一片绿色植物和湖水中成为焦点。同时红色在视觉上更重，衬托出二层阳光板的轻盈，漂浮的感觉，使得整个建筑更具特色。

The red paint is impressive and takes center stage throughout the park with a patch of greenery and lake water. At the same time, the red color is visually heavier, which sets off the light, floating feeling of the second-story sun panel, making the whole building more distinctive.
