要如何在这喧嚣尽头的北京CBD,将对流浪迁徙的和自由的渴望以咖啡馆的形式描写。

于是在钢筋水泥和有机玻璃反复折射出的幻象里,大观在寻找突破点。

Busy streets, bustling crowds, neon dazzling, light color trance, also unreal also true.

How to describe the desire for vagrancy and freedom in the bustling end of Beijing CBD in the form of cafes.

由不锈钢搭建的仿房车造型咖啡馆,让来访者分散着在此就坐。模糊了室内外的空间界限,来访者可以获取更多种咖啡体验方式。木质桌椅,透明落地窗与屋内暖黄的灯光,营造了一种静谧的沉浸式放松的氛围。我们将后工业化美学与咖啡文化相结合,让喝咖啡逐渐成为一种社会行为。

The cafe is a replica of an RV made of stainless steel, allowing visitors to sit scattered around. The boundary between indoor and outdoor space is blurred, allowing visitors to access more ways to experience coffee. Wooden tables and chairs, transparent French Windows and warm yellow lights inside create a quiet and immersive atmosphere of relaxation. By combining post-industrial aesthetics with coffee culture, we have gradually made drinking coffee a social behavior.

把对大环境的感知放在第一位,通过一面面巨型落地窗来强调从内部视角仰视CBD的奇妙体验,让空间自身将使用者的关注点放置在设计师引导的部分中。透过这些视口看到的一景一物,如同正在循环播放的电影画面,与内部舒缓的情绪形成强烈对比。

Putting your sense of the environment first, the giant floor-to-ceiling Windows are used to emphasize the wonderful experience of looking up CBD from the internal perspective, so that the space itself places the user’s concern in the part guided by the designer. What you see through these viewports is like a movie playing on a loop, in sharp contrast to the soothing mood inside.

在本案里,由不同小空间连接在一起的流动空间很好的串通起来不同的功能区域而不破坏整个建筑的整体结构。错落小空间的对比打破了单一性,提供了灵活多变的布局。

In this case, the meandering flow Spaces connected by different small Spaces are well connected to the different functional areas without destroying the overall structure of the building. The contrast of scattered small Spaces breaks the uniformity and provides a flexible spatial layout.

将咖啡车的室内外空间打造为一个连续的场所,对于我们其实是一个挑战——自身的体积过小,硬件设施和可使用场地不足,很难创造一个功能全面且舒适的业态空间。在这种情况下,室外开放区域也应该具备同等的功能供给。开放的形似敞篷的沙发区借用了野营的概念。良好的视野大大提升了整个空间的纵深感,同时也极大程度上加强了室内外空间的不同营造。我们希望顾客能够在不同区域体验到解构空间的有趣。

It was a challenge for us to make the indoor and outdoor Spaces of the coffee cart a continuous place, as there were too small to create a fully functional and comfortable business space due to the lack of hardware and available space. In this case, the outdoor open area should also have the same functional supply. The open sofa area, which looks like a convertible, borrows the concept of camping. The good view greatly enhances the depth of the whole space, and also greatly enhances the difference between indoor and outdoor space. We hope that customers can experience the fun of deconstructed space in different areas.

将城市“流浪”的概念延伸到这个室内空间内部,在原有的商业建筑大环境下创造出有趣而气味独特的独立空间。我们希望人们在此中仍然能感受到开放的城市所具有的鲜明的内与外、专属与公共的场所关系,延续城市视角与放空舒适的体验。

The concept of “wandering” in the city is extended to the interior of this space, creating an interesting and unique smelling independent space in the context of the existing commercial building. We hope that people can still feel the distinct relationship between interior and exterior, exclusive and public places of the open city, and continue the urban perspective and the experience of empty and comfortable.

室内空间及其情绪的建造是最重要的,它必须兼具愉悦感和实用性。在遵从客观场所逻辑之上加入更多符合品牌调性的趣味感,我们探索如何才能在各种限制中找到每一种设计的最优解。

The construction of the interior space and its mood is the most important, it must be both pleasure and practicability. By following the logic of the objective place and adding more fun to the tonality of the brand, we explore how we can find the optimal solution for each design within various constraints.

本案的难度在于主题的造型把握。房车的造型对于设计师来说是前所未有的创作经历。在权衡施工难度与预期设想之下,设计师还是打破了建筑的壁垒,尽可能的保障空间的趣味性。

The difficulty of this case depends on the modeling of the theme. Rv styling is an unprecedented creative experience for designers. In the balance between the difficulty of construction and the expected assumption, the designer still broke the building barrier to ensure the fun of the space as much as possible.

小体积空间带来最直观的弊端就是储存空间不足。为了弥补这一遗憾,在场地之外放置4座立式吧台补充容积,同时也进一步拓展半开放空间的利用。

The most intuitive drawback of this case is the lack of storage space. In order to make up for this regret, four vertical bars are placed outside the site to supplement the storage space and further expand the use of semi-open space.

造型的灵感更来自于美式快餐车,每种材料的选择都注重可持续性、便携性和使用寿命。用更轻便的材料打造可移动式使用装置,这对于使用者来说是耗材较少且环保的捷径——未来它可以出现在任何有需求的社会场所,这种活动性同样考虑到了建筑与社区和周边事物的连接性及价值感。

The inspiration of RV is more from American buffet bar. The choice of each material pays attention to sustainability, portability and service life. Using lighter materials to create mobile devices is a shortcut for users with less consumables and environmental protection——in the future, it can appear in any social place where there is demand. This activity also takes into account the building’s connection and sense of value to the community and its surroundings.

好的设计应该吸引人,让人停驻或行走其中,沉迷于自己的体验,无非是要给人创造体验的机会。在独特的区位空间内,我们应该更多的思考怎样带给来访者更与众不同的视觉共鸣。

Good design should attract people, make people stop or walk in it, revel in their own experience, nothing more than to give people the opportunity to create experience. In the unique location space, we should think more about how to bring visitors more distinctive visual empathy.
