As a benchmark for service excellence in China’s aviation industry, Xiamen Airlines (MF) has long been celebrated for its “Precision, Elegance, Detail, and Grace”—a philosophy that defines its award-winning inflight experience. To transcend the temporal and spatial limitations of airborne service, MF envisioned its new headquarters as a tangible embodiment of this ethos, seamlessly integrating brand values into ground-based consumer touchpoints.

In collaboration with Leaping Creative—a pioneer in experiential branding—the airline has realized China’s first multi-dimensional brand culture hub. This immersive space reinterprets MF’s service DNA through architectural storytelling, transforming hospitality-driven interactions into a 360° sensory journey that bridges air and ground.

立品通过创新的体验策略和场景化表达,设计根植闽南在地文化,同时注入国际视野和现代美学,将品牌的空中服务优势,转化为地面高品质、多业态的沉浸式体验与文化地标,流畅串联馆内五大体验板块,构筑一场从云端到地面的品牌服务文化体验之旅。

Leaping Creative crafted an innovative experience strategy rooted in Southern Fujian’s cultural heritage, yet distilled through a contemporary, international lens. By translating MF’s acclaimed inflight service excellence into a ground-based, multi-format immersive landmark, the design weaves five thematic zones into a seamless narrative—transforming brand ethos into a tactile, multi-sensory journey.

外立面采用闽南民宅常用的黄锈石搭建,干净统一。木纹格栅正门低调融入建筑,适当留白营造安静的入门感受,外摆区域通过高低错落的本土绿植布置,形成若隐若现的透气感。

The façade features weathered yellow sandstone—a nod to Southern Fujian’s traditional architecture—for a clean, unified look. A subtle wood-grille entrance and intentional open space create a serene arrival. Tiered native plants in the outdoor area add layered greenery, balancing openness with privacy.

打破万里高空之上的时空限制,前厅作为厦航品牌美学延展出来的策展区域,微弧的墙面灵感源自飞机舱体,同时引导观众游走于展览之间。

Sweeping micro-arc walls, inspired by aircraft cabins, dissolve spatial boundaries while guiding visitors through the exhibition – translating inflight elegance into grounded spatial storytelling.

移动拼接展示台与可调节光源,满足灵活策展需求。内外光影随时间自然流转、相融,手工感陶具在光影错落间更添几分温暖质朴。

Modular display units with adaptive lighting enable flexible exhibitions. Natural light shifts seamlessly between interior and exterior, while handcrafted ceramics cast warm, textured shadows.

茶咖空间延续厦门航空的精选茶咖产品理念,通过开放式吧台串联一系列互动体验:自选生豆拼配、标注咖啡豆产地的航空地图、咖啡闻香装置,将厦航的“咖啡世界地图”与“从种子到杯子”的理念表达。

The Tea & Coffee Lounge extends Xiamen Airlines’ curated beverage philosophy through an interactive open bar experience. The space features:Customizable coffee bean blending stations, An aviation-themed world map tracing bean origins, Aroma exploration installations. This immersive journey visually articulates MF’s “Coffee World Map” concept and “From Seed to Cup” ethos through spatial storytelling.

The tea space features a pavilion inspired by Fujian’s traditional tulou architecture as its visual centerpiece, offering immersive tea service. A dynamic “aircraft window” display on the back wall extends the in-flight experience to the ground through visual storytelling, creating a relatable spatial encounter for visitors.

外摆区以东方盆景造景,与茶亭形成中式对称,内外相望,自在松弛。

The outdoor seating area features oriental bonsai landscaping, mirroring the tea pavilion in harmonious symmetry—creating a contemplative dialogue between interior and exterior spaces that exudes effortless tranquility.

剧场舞台是茶咖空间与空厨餐厅的双向展演核心,面向茶亭的舞台打开后,消费者可品茗观茶道,将空中服务转化为可观赏体验的美学文化。

The theater stage serves as a dynamic focal point connecting the tea lounge and in-flight kitchen restaurant. When opened toward the tea pavilion, guests enjoy tea ceremonies while observing the artistry of flight service – transforming cabin hospitality into an aesthetic cultural performance.

空厨餐厅始于厦航头等舱“摘星绮旅”高端餐酒体验,将对食物本味和风土时节的思考从云端贯穿至地面,为消费者带来超出期待的用餐体验。玻璃橱架陈列展示餐厨器皿和当季食材主题,用餐区高低错落,便于消费者沉浸观演,桌椅灵活可移动拼合,适应多元需求。天花和台阶模拟航行灯光视觉,着重于营造舒适而有仪式感的用餐氛围。

The in-flight kitchen restaurant elevates Xiamen Airlines’ first-class “Stellar Dining” experience from the skies to the ground. Celebrating seasonal ingredients and authentic flavors, it delivers extraordinary culinary journeys. Glass displays showcase tableware and seasonal produce, while tiered seating ensures optimal performance viewing. Flexible furniture configurations adapt to diverse needs, with ceiling and step lighting evoking aircraft cabin ambiance—crafting a refined yet comfortable dining atmosphere steeped in ritual.

The open kitchen faces the dining area, showcasing both culinary artistry and practicality—transparent service meets professional execution.

酒银行利用大面积通透玻璃营造虚实相生的层次感,暖光烘托营造惬意慵懒的氛围,将天际侍酒服务体验优雅落地。

The “Wine Bank” employs expansive glass panels to craft a play of light and transparency, while warm lighting cultivates a relaxed ambiance—elegantly translating the airline’s signature sky-high sommelier service into a grounded experience.

卫生间有策略地融入多种光源,柔和细致的光影营造出舒缓的氛围。消费者可在化妆室体验航旅护肤品牌云初的产品,品牌的温润呵护于细节处体现,实现消费体验闭环。

The restroom strategically incorporates layered lighting to create a soothing ambiance through delicate illumination. Guests can experience YunChu skincare products—an extension of the airline’s travel wellness brand—in the vanity area, where subtle brand touches complete the consumer journey.

专区区域灵感来源于闽南的风土人情,分为海、滩、泊、溪4个包间。作为面向高端客群的私享会客空间,更强调私密感与差异化的多场景适用需求。福建线雕工艺的鹭纹屏风开启空间,通过光影律动与简练陈设强调仪式感。

The VIP lounge draws inspiration from Fujian’s coastal culture, featuring four distinct private rooms: “Sea,” “Shore,” “Harbor,” and “Stream.” Designed for elite travelers, the space prioritizes intimacy and versatile sophistication. A handcrafted egret-patterned screen—crafted using traditional Fujian linear carving techniques—anchors the area, while rhythmic lighting and minimalist decor elevate the sense of ceremony.

The refined tea room features warm wood textures throughout, with a raised platform floor and minimalist furnishings. A striking blue lacquered table anchors the space, exuding ethereal elegance, while delicate floral arrangements and rustic ceramic vessels add poetic contrast—where Zen tranquility meets lyrical artistry.

The grand tea hall is bathed in luminous lightness, where pale wood-toned stone tiles interweave with metallic mesh across the ceiling—a textural dialogue that elevates the space. Geometric material joints compose a rhythmic architectural framework, articulating a contemporary Eastern aesthetic.

精炼简洁的会议厅主要用于商务接待、洽谈和用餐,可变动空间内的移动摆设,满足客群多元需求。

The streamlined conference hall accommodates business receptions, meetings, and dining—its adaptable layout and modular furnishings seamlessly cater to diverse needs.

会客厅是专区面积最大的圆桌餐厅,再次运用福建土楼形象为灵感打造餐桌与吊灯,带给消费者亲切温暖的用餐体验。游移自然的动线设计,引导消费者在移步换景中加深对品牌多维度的认知。

The VIP dining hall—the largest circular-table venue in the private zone—reinterprets Fujian’s tulou architecture through its central chandelier and communal table, cultivating an intimate dining atmosphere. A fluid circulation path guides guests through curated brand touchpoints, deepening their multi-sensory engagement with the airline’s narrative.
