基于此，”对酒“空间的解构就并不算复杂，我们旨在打造一个让人们放下包袱、享受自然的空间。
Based on this, the deconstruction of “DUIJIU” space is not complicated to understand. We aim to create a space where people can put down their burdens and enjoy nature.
空间内退，打造一个自己的小庭院
Retreated inside, Create an Own Small Courtyard
对酒室内层高5.4米，做一层有余、做两层却又显逼仄，所以在空间的构成上，我们使之层层递进：一是由室外推及室内，二是由下拾阶而上。
The storey height of DUIJIU space is 5.4 meters, which is too much for one layer but too narrow for two. Therefore, in terms of the composition of the space, we make it step by step： one is from the outside to the inside, and the second is from the bottom to the top.
鉴于商铺严禁外摆、却又想营造山系的户外氛围，设计中将室内空间自行内退三分，围合成入户的小庭院。石块堆砌的卡座落在水洗石地面上，与室内客区以一窗之隔，左右推开折窗，光线从庭院蔓延至室内。冬天，火苗在身边炙热的燃烧；夏天，风扇在顶部嘎吱旋转。内与外，也才三言两语便拉近了彼此的距离，煞是热闹轻松。
As all shops are strictly prohibited to be placed outside, but DUIJIU wants to create an outdoor atmosphere. We retreat inside and make part of the internal space to become a small outdoor courtyard. The stone pile is located on the washed stone floor, separated from the indoor guest area by a long folded window. The window can be pushed left and right, and the sunlight spreads from the courtyard to the interior. In winter, the fire burns hot around; In summer, fans squeak at the top. Inside and outside, also just a few words will close the distance between each other, very lively and relaxed.
源自logo的线形酒滴灯装置

对酒的logo源自酒滴，三点水的“氵”更像是即将滴落的浓浆，由此产生灵感，将围合吧台上方的顶灯量身设计为对酒特属的“线形酒滴灯”装置，从5.4米高的顶空闪烁而下，高低错落，裹挟着光晕照亮空间。
The logo of DUIJIU is derived from the drops of wine, the shape of component “氵” is more like the thick liquid about to drop. Inspired by this, the ceiling light above the bar is designed as the “linear wine drop light” device specially for DUIJIU. It flickers down from the high ceiling, illuminating the space with halo.
自然材质的糅合
Mix of Natural Materials
对酒想要表达“山系户外”的放松感，所以大都选择了自然材质。环岛吧台由天然石块错拼而成，客人接触到的台面使用温暖柔和的老木板，而店员操作区则采用当代的不锈钢。白天，这里是咖啡师的舞台，夜晚摇身一变成为调酒师的秀场。吧台背后通高的酒墙上是琳琅满目的酒水，并无谓这空间中是谁抢了谁的风头。
In order to express the relaxed feeling of “mountain outdoor”, DUIJIU is mostly made of natural materials. The island bar is a patchwork of natural stones, the countertops that guests are exposed to are warm and soft old wood, and the staff operating areas are contemporary stainless steel. It’s a barista’s stage by day and a bartender’s show by night. The double-height wine wall behind the bar is a dazzling array of drinks, and it is meaningless who steals the limelight in this space.
内外相通的露营区
The Camping Area run through inside and outside
吧台前侧是与庭院相邻的客区，墙面延续天然石块错拼，家具选择了庭院同款的户外风桌椅，推开折窗，内外相融，主人戏称之为“露营区”，或有凉风习习，或有阳光普照，随时感知户外的变化。
In front of the bar is the guest area adjacent to the courtyard. The wall continues to be misspelled with natural stones. The furniture is the same style outdoor tables and chairs as the courtyard. Pushing the folding windows aside, the inside and outside are connected together, with wind and sunshine around, feels like outing.
剧院区的“观影式”体验
Theatre Like Experience
5.4米的层高，将前区留给吧台做成挑空，后半场做成一步一登高的台阶客区，主人称之为“剧院区”。通往二楼的台阶层层内退，随着高度上升又细分为三层平台，第一层是双人对座，第二三层是围合卡座，满足不同人数的需求。从台阶式座位向下望，中心吧台就像一个舞台，咖啡师/调酒师在其中舞动表演，颇有剧院观影式的体验。
The storey height is 5.4 meters, we make the front area to be empty from ceiling to grouond , and the back half tobe step by step up the guest area, the Owner called this “Theater Area”. The steps leading to the second floor retreat inside each layer, and are subdivided into three layers as the height rises. The first layer is set as double seating, and the second and third floors are enclosed booths to meet the needs of different people. Looking down from the stepped seating, the central bar looks like a stage where baristas/bartenders dance and perform, creating a theater-like experience.
私密的狩猎小屋
Private Hunting Lodge
二楼的风光可不仅限于剧院区，拐过弯是面酒墙，你会发现一扇老木头拼接的门，里面则是对酒唯一的包厢，我们称之为“狩猎小屋”。握住圆润的石头把手推开房门，入眼便是驯鹿标本，由地及墙满铺风化木板，浓郁的“原始狩猎”的气息仿佛在和鹿首角力。用透明酒柜替换包厢隔墙，以酒为视野隔断，既保证了隐私也不觉空间局促。
The view from the second floor is not only limited to the Theater district. Around the corner is the wine wall, where you will find an old wooden door and the only box for DUIJIN, which we call the “Hunting Lodge.” Hold the round stone handle to open the door, you can see the reindeer specimen, from the floor and wall covered with weathered wood, the rich “primitive hunting” atmosphere as if wrestling with the deer head. Replace compartment partition with transparent wine ark, it is visual field partition with wine, ensured privacy and also do not feel cramped.
