“家室”的新构想

New Conception of Domestic Chamber

项目坐落于广州聚龙湾太古里一层街区，为本地品牌“彬妈糖水”打造新的门店空间。

Located on the ground floor of the block in Guangzhou’s Julongwan Taikoo Li, this project aims to create new retail space for the local brand “Bin Ma Tong Shui (Sweet Dessert Soup)”.

糖水作为广州的传统饮品，一直深植于本地居民的日常饮食习惯之中。希望品牌本次以温润又新颖的姿态，重逢新老食客。“家”常作为具有普遍象征意义的空间概念被使用。
As a traditional sweet drink in Guangzhou, Tong shui has long been integrated into the local residents’ daily eating habits. It is hoped that the brand could reconnect new and old customers in a warm and fresh manner. “Home” is often employed as a spatial symbol meaning with universal significance.

聚焦“家”的原点，探讨这一熟悉概念转化的新可能。设计提出“解构的家室”为切入点展开构想。

Focusing on the essence of “Home”, the design explores new possibilities for interpreting this familiar concept. It takes the idea of “deconstructed domestic chamber” as its starting point to unfold the overall vision.

解构下的多面与一隅

Deconstructed: Many Facets & Intimate Corners

重塑户型：围绕50平的原始空间，将“户型的设计”作为第一步考量。突破传统格局的规矩与默许，打散现有的边界，将室内与室外的界限变的模糊，后场与前场的隔墙变的不规则。让“家室”的空间状态，在解体之后变得自由起来。在狭小的空间中也确保流动性。

Redesigning the unit layout: Built on the original 50-square-meter space, the design begins with “layout design” as its first step, which abandons stereotyped layout rules and conventions, and breaks existing boundaries, blending inside and outside space seamlessly and designing free-form partitions between front and rear areas. It shapes an open spatial layout of domestic chamber after deconstructing and also ensures easy movements within a compact space.

悬置自由的墙：在空间中嵌入十字状的墙面，以螺旋递增的高度变化，带来纵向视觉感受上的动态感。相交的墙体以脱开方式组合构筑，成为空间中暧昧的隔断与引导。

Suspending flexible walls: A cross-shaped wall is embedded in the space with heights increasing in a spiral sequence to create a dynamic vertical visual. Intersecting walls are built with spaced separation, creating ambiguous zoning and gentle guidance within the space.

多面与一隅之间：重塑后的户型与墙体组合，带来了视线与体验的复杂性与暧昧性，呈现出多焦点、游移不定的空间特质。在室内原始墙面上，以并置方式加入功能性的新墙面，将实用功能融入其中，同时成为空间中跟人亲近的一隅。空间中主要使用实木与石材，墙体间的分隔镜面，以平衡整体的温度与品质。

Many facets & Intimate corners: The redesigned layout and wall combinations bring complexity and ambiguity to slightness and experiences, featuring unfixed and diverse visual focuses. On the original interior wall, functional new walls are integrated in juxtaposition, blending practical function into the design and creating inviting corners in the space. The space is dominated by solid wood and stones, and inter-wall mirror partitions harmonize the overall warmth and elegance.

游离中的新主体

A New Subject away from Original Layout

家应该是有温度的，也可以是复杂的、暧昧的。主动打破均衡关系，解构出非单一中心的空间关系，由此所产生出的微妙流转，是一种新的在场感。让关系本身成为新的主体，而非单一风格与造型，是本次设计探索的主旨与意趣。

Home should be warm, but also it should be complex and ambiguous. The design breaks inherent balance actively, and deconstructs decentralized spatial orders, whose subtle rhythm shapes a new sense of presence. To set the spatial relations as the new subject rather than a single style and shape, is the theme and aesthetic appeal of this design exploration.

城市的生活方式不断迭代，传统的温情也需要新的栖息之地。从当代设计语境出发，一面是多维多变的空间形态，一面是沉淀烟火的治愈一隅。步入饮甜，静听传统与现代的温柔共鸣。

Urban lifestyles have long been evolving, and traditional warmth yearns for a new dwelling place. Based on modern design ideas, the design features multi-dimensional changing spatial layouts, as well as intimate corners filled with daily warmth. So step into the sweet home, and listen to the gentle resonance between tradition and modernity.
