项目场地面积140平方米，需满足20人公区办公、独立办公室、大小会议室、水吧、大容量储物、打印、宠物、神龛、Logo墙等功能。

With a floor area of 140 square meters, the project was required to accommodate a wide range of functions, including an open workspace for 20 people, private offices, large and small meeting rooms, a pantry, high-capacity storage, printing facilities, pet-friendly provisions, a shrine, and a logo wall.

Basis of Design Judgment

前期场地勘测发现：进门处距离过于松散，日常容易堆积杂物；各独立工作会议单元尺度失衡，缺乏视线与路径的联系；受老式办公楼设备条件限制，层高较低，顶面被矿棉板分割成小块面，显得零碎。

During the preliminary site survey, several issues were identified. The entrance area was overly loose in scale and prone to the daily accumulation of miscellaneous items. The independent work and meeting units were disproportionate in size and lacked visual and circulation connections. In addition, due to the constraints of the building’s existing services, the ceiling height was relatively low, while the mineral fiber ceiling panels divided the overhead plane into small, fragmented sections.

对于办公属性的空间，我们介入的角度是“居家感”——希望在本案中体现居家的放松与惬意氛围。

For this office space, our design intervention began with the idea of creating a sense of home. The intention was to introduce a relaxed, comfortable, and more informal atmosphere into the workplace.

进入门厅后，通往各区域的路径由三条曲线组成，没有明确分隔，视线保持开阔。右侧储物空间的弧形墙体放大了尺度，以强化空间纵深感并隐去边界。这考验的是设计师搭建空间结构的能力。

Upon entering the foyer, the routes leading to different areas are organized through three curves. Without explicit partitions, the view remains open and continuous. On the right-hand side, the curved wall of the storage area expands the perceived scale of the space, reinforcing its depth while subtly concealing its boundaries. This became a test of the designer’s ability to construct a clear and coherent spatial framework.

采光面优先留给公区办公位——这是空间中最先明确的坐标。公区、会议室、水吧之间的关系、回游路径与视线节奏，通过过道宽度、门洞尺寸与开启方式、桌面形状铺陈开来。水吧区域增设了一间独立储物室，同时满足宠物需求；移门上增开圆形洞口，关门后宠物也能自由进出。

The area with the best natural light was first allocated to the open workspace, establishing the primary coordinate of the plan. The relationships between the open office area, meeting rooms, and pantry — together with the looped circulation and visual rhythm — are developed through the width of corridors, the dimensions and opening methods of doorways, and the forms of the work surfaces. An independent storage room was added to the pantry area, while also accommodating the needs of pets. 原建筑的结构柱影响了一组四人办公位的摆放，常规桌面尺寸无法匹配。设计上重新定制了尺寸与组合方式，在满足办公条件的同时，靠窗角落腾出了摆放绿植的空间。作为公区内的最后一组办公位，设计还搭配了吊灯、落地灯和挂画。在没有强制性日常办公需求的情况下，这里更像是家庭中临时办公、讨论、社交的区域。

The existing structural column affected the arrangement of one four-person workstation group, making standard desk dimensions unsuitable. In response, the design customized the dimensions and configuration of the workstations. While meeting the requirements of daily office use, this adjustment also freed up a corner by the window for planting. As the final workstation group within the open office area, this zone is complemented by pendant lighting, a floor lamp, and artwork. In the absence of rigid everyday workstation requirements, it reads more like a domestic corner for temporary work, discussion, and social interaction.定制的四人办公位，Custom workstation for four @杨杨

Construction Practice

本案委托象蝶设计为设计单位。项目进程中的框架与问题无不与预算和时间挂钩——从宏观的区域规划到Logo的细节制作，最终能达成预期，依赖的是协作默契、判断尺度与努力程度，并由此呈现出项目自身的形状与气质。

XD Design was commissioned as the design firm for this project. Throughout the process, every framework and challenge was closely tied to budget and time — from overall spatial planning to the detailed fabrication of the logo. Under non-standard site conditions, the final realization of the project relied on close collaboration, calibrated judgment, and sustained effort, ultimately giving the space its own distinct form and character. 一角，A Corner @杨杨
