Project Location
新办公室坐落于拱墅区金家堰公园内，紧邻上塘运河，为一栋独立的白色房子。相较于以往传统的办公模式，新办公室更具开放性，注重融入生活气息，致力于探索更具生活化的开放办公体验。
这里不仅仅是一个工作空间，更是一个与自我、与彼此、与自然深度联结的地方。
The new office is located in Jinjia’yan Park in Gongshu District, adjacent to the Shangtang Canal. It is a standalone white building. Compared to traditional office models, this new workspace emphasizes openness and integrates elements of daily life, striving to explore a more lifestyle-oriented and open office experience.
This is not just a workplace but a space for deep connections—with ourselves, with each other, and with nature.
设计消解内外之间的界限，让公园景观成为日常工作的自然背景。从使用者需求出发，达成工作与生活的自然连接。
Dissolve the boundaries between interior and exterior, integrating park landscapes into the natural backdrop of daily work. Based on user needs, it achieves a seamless connection between work and life.
02 自然与室内的无界融合
Seamless Integration of Nature and Interior
为保证空间意趣的丰富性，开放的玻璃幕墙不仅作为室内外空间的分界线，同时建立起“看与被看”的视觉互动。无论置身室内还是室外，都能感知到彼此的存在。
墙面以白色肌理为底，结合黑色金属框架与通透玻璃，构成“轻与重、实与虚”的视觉对比。顶部出挑的黑色屋檐强化现代感，也为入口区域营造遮阳避雨的缓冲空间。
To ensure richness in spatial interest, the open glass curtain wall serves not only as a boundary between interior and exterior spaces but also establishes a visual interplay of “seeing and being seen.” Whether indoors or outdoors, one can perceive the presence of the other.
The walls are based on a white textured finish, combined with black metal frames and transparent glass, creating a visual contrast of “light and heavy, solid and void.” The protruding black eave at the top enhances the modern aesthetic while also providing a sheltered buffer space at the entrance for shade and rain protection.
大落地玻璃窗将公园景观与自然光线引入室内、消除了内外之间的界限，达成视觉感受上的和谐统一。在极简设计理念下，以精致的及上图标作点睛之笔，于低调中清晰传递信息。
The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring park views and natural light into the interior, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside to achieve visual harmony. Guided by a minimalist design philosophy, refined icons serve as subtle highlights, conveying information clearly yet discreetly.
视线透过公园的树隙，可以瞥见房子外观，园中树木成了空间的“活装饰”。白天，自然光穿过枝叶柔化了整个空间；夜晚，室内的暖光向外晕染，形成一种“内外相望”的松弛氛围。
留白的墙面与过道，经过反复推敲，省去了繁琐的设计，带来艺术性的沉默与停顿，拉开窗帘是隐秘而舒适的会客区与办公区。
Through the gaps in the trees of the park, the exterior of the building can be glimpsed, with the garden trees serving as “living decorations” for the space. During the day, natural light filters through the branches and leaves, softening the entire space. At night, the warm glow from inside radiates outward, creating a relaxed atmosphere of “mutual viewing” between indoors and outdoors.
The blank walls and corridors, carefully refined through repeated deliberation, eliminate unnecessary ornate designs, bringing an artistic silence and pause. Drawing back the curtains reveals a private and comfortable area for both receiving guests and working.
一层区域用作办公活动使用，天花实木板拼接成完整体块，地面铺设深灰色地砖，形成清晰的空间层次。墙面配备个人储物柜，为每个人保留了一份私属的便捷。
桌面选用可持续材料、以木饰面作描边处理，为放松的空间加入精致细节；自然光线透过玻璃窗漫入室内，与窗外公园绿意无缝对接。桌面造型灯增加了空间的灯光层次，且支持三挡调节，轻触可随自然光变化切换模式，以实践“与自然共生”的理念。
The ground floor area is designated for office activities, with solid wood panels spliced together to form a complete ceiling volume, while dark gray floor tiles create a clear spatial hierarchy. The walls are equipped with personal storage cabinets, providing each individual with private and convenient storage.
The surface of desks are made from sustainable materials, framed with wood veneer edging to add refined details to the relaxed atmosphere. Natural light filters through the glass windows, flooding the interior and seamlessly integrating with the greenery of the park outside. The sculptural desk lamps enhance the lighting layers in the space and support three-level adjustable brightness. With a light touch, they can switch modes according to changes in natural light, putting the concept of “coexisting with nature” into practice.
白色柜体分隔出前后两个空间，前方作为办公区，后面为用餐区。中间原木边框的“窗洞”，打破墙面的单调感，通过框景手法将室外的景色捕捉住，让空间在通透之外多了一层 “移步看景” 的视觉趣味。
White cabinet units partition the space into two distinct areas: an office zone in the front and a dining area at the back. A wooden-framed “window opening” in the center breaks the monotony of the wall surface. Using the framed scenery technique, it captures outdoor views, adding a layer of “a scene that changes with every step” to the transparent layout, thereby creating a sense of visual delight.
03 内外的连续
Internal and external continuity
楼梯连接上下两层，地面铺贴深灰色户外麻面地砖，砖缝经过细致把控，以“减法设计”塑造出宁静且现代的极简空间。
金属扶手以利落线条勾勒，恰到好处地平衡了空间的冷调质感，于简约中透露出细腻的质感。
The staircase connects the upper and lower floors, with dark gray textured outdoor tiles laid on the ground. The tile joints are meticulously controlled, creating a tranquil and modern minimalist space through a pared-down design.
The metal handrail is outlined with crisp lines, skillfully balancing the cool-toned texture of the space and revealing a subtle sense of sophistication within the simplicity.
用金属框和半透玻璃隔断做空间分区，内外连续，既保留了采光通透感，又能划分功能区域兼顾隐私与开阔性。
Using metal frames and translucent glass partitions for spatial zoning maintains visual continuity between areas. This approach preserves a sense of brightness and transparency while defining functional zones, balancing privacy with openness.
一个集材料展示、与会议交流为一体的多功能区域，中央长桌和墙面展架的组合，既满足了样品集中展示的需求，方便使用者进行直观的触摸和对比，也为会议讨论提供了宽敞的桌面空间。
An integrated functional area designed for both material display and conference communication. The combination of a central long table and wall-mounted display racks not only facilitates the centralized presentation of samples, enabling users to engage in direct tactile interaction and comparison, but also provides ample table space for meetings and discussions.
独立办公室内，温润木色打破空间大面积的白，为空间注入柔和暖意。不锈钢与木纹碰撞、融合满足办公需求，同时兼顾会议、茶饮等多重功能。墙面方砖以像素为单位有序拼接，去构建出别具一格的空间氛围。
窗外绿植与室内简约家具呼应，在维持办公区的开阔视野时，也将公园绿意引入室内，内外相连，让空间在实用功能之外，多了一分松弛的呼吸感。
In the private office, warm wood tones break up the expanses of white, infusing the space with a soft, inviting warmth. Stainless steel and wood grain collide and blend to meet functional needs, while also accommodating multiple purposes such as meetings and tea brewing. Square tiles on the walls are arranged in pixel-sized units, creating an orderly mosaic that builds a distinctive spatial ambiance.
Outside the window, greenery echoes the minimalist furniture indoors. While maintaining an open, expansive view for the office area, it also draws the park’s verdant scenery inside, connecting the interior with the exterior. Beyond its practical functions, this integration adds a sense of relaxation and breathing room to the space.
