户粒咖啡是一个从烟台农场中生长出的咖啡品牌，目前四家门店都由我们设计完成。2019到2026年，从农场店到海边店我们定义为“目的地店”，是希望人可以从日常生活中走出来，到自然中去。从烟台的天山路店到上海的西郊店，我们定义为“日常店”，是想把自然带到人们的日常生活中，作为城市生活中让人能与土地相连的节点，慢下来感受自然，感受生长，与土地为邻。

Huli Coffee is a brand rooted in a farm in Yantai. To date, we have designed all four of its stores. From 2019 to 2026, our projects have evolved from the Farm Store to the Seaside Store. We define these as “Destination Store”—spaces intended to draw people out of their daily routines and into the embrace of nature. Conversely, from the Tianshan Road store in Yantai to the West Suburb store in Shanghai, we define these as “A Neighborhood Store.” Our vision here is to bring nature into people’s daily lives. They serve as urban nodes that reconnect people with the nature, inviting them to slow down, feel the rhythm of growth, and live in harmony with the earth.

我们从场地出发，通过空间的退让，形成半户外空间，好天气时，阳光和树影会一起进来，是城市里久违的自然的呼吸感，可以慢下来舒适的喝一杯咖啡。

Starting from the site itself, we created semi-outdoor spaces through strategic spatial setbacks. On sunny days, sunlight and tree shadows spill inside, offering a long-lost breath of nature in the city—a perfect setting to slow down and enjoy a comfortable time.

利用外部空间，打造mini农场花园，我们从自营农场移栽了晨光芒与香草，从一片土地到另一片土地，可随手取用，不止于观赏。

Utilizing the exterior, we built a mini-farm garden. We transplanted morning glories and herbs from EverBright Farm in Yantai to this new garden. These plants are not merely for viewing; they are meant to be touched and used at a moment’s notice.

第一次在农场，看见农场大叔农闲时钉的户外桌子，是那种只有一种规格的木板，用于桌面也用于桌腿，用最直接的方式钉在一起，不够稳固就加一根斜支撑。一切都自然而然，朴素、真诚、牢固。

The first time we visited the farm, we saw an outdoor table built by a local farmer during his downtime. Made from uniform wooden planks used for both the top and the legs, it was joined in the most direct way possible, with diagonal braces added simply for extra stability. Everything about it was natural, unpretentious, sincere, and sturdy.

从农场的桌子我们想到Enzo Mari，”剥离浮华装饰，回归材料本质与功能真义”的理念，是我们这次设计的“核心”。我们用这种方式，依照Enzo Mori的《Autoprogettazione(自我设计)》，几块板，几颗钉，制作了户粒咖啡的桌椅，用朴素的手工感，和松木最真实的凹凸纹理，称赞这种不平凡的生活智慧，用双手做工，尊重日常与劳动。

This farm table led us to think of Enzo Mari and his philosophy of “stripping away superficial decoration to return to the essence of materials and the true meaning of function.” This became the core of our design. Following Mari’s ，《Autoprogettazione (Self-Design)》, we crafted Huli Coffee’s tables and chairs using just a few planks and nails. We embraced a humble, handcrafted feel and the authentic, uneven texture of pine wood to celebrate this extraordinary wisdom of everyday life. It is a way to honor daily labor and respect life through the work of our own hands.

我们将这样的构造方式和生活哲学，延展到整个空间的设计中。我们完成的是一家咖啡馆，也是一个“有实感的展览”，通过真实的使用的体验，在与材料，结构，比例的接触中，让更多的人能感受到，设计是理解世界的方式，也是一种真实生活的方法。

We extended this structural approach and life philosophy throughout the entire space. What we have created is not just a café, but a “tangible exhibition.” Through real, hands-on experience and physical contact with materials, structures, and proportions, we hope more people can feel that design is a way to understand the world, as well as a method for living authentically.

农场的秋天总有几个角落挂满丝瓜，风干后的丝瓜络就用来刷碗，因对丝瓜的这份熟悉结识了Loofah Home，被同样的自然理念吸引，空间中所有的丝瓜灯具都选择了这种可持续的方式。

In autumn, the farm always has corners draped with loofahs. Once dried, the loofah sponges are used for washing dishes. It was this shared familiarity with the loofah that introduced us to ‘’Loofah Home.‘’ Drawn by the same natural philosophy, we chose their sustainable approach for all the loofah lamps in the space.

循着自然，与土地为邻，自有收获。

我们想在这个空间中，到来的人可以感受咖啡、自然、生活的平衡，用双手做工，尊重日常与劳动，用简单的结构逻辑，天然与自然的材料美感，用一杯咖啡的时间，放慢生活的脚步，在一间咖啡店了解一种更可持续的生活。去亲手钉一把椅子，回归生活的实感，不再受缚于消费主义，相信双手，热爱土地。

In this space, we want visitors to experience a balance of coffee, nature, and life. We want them to respect daily labor through the work of their hands, and to appreciate the beauty of natural materials and simple structural logic. In the time it takes to drink a cup of coffee, they can slow down the pace of life and discover a more sustainable way of living.
