Z.H.D.I | 梦也童话野骑营地

乡村振兴是这几年国家发展的重点，而乡村旅游是其重要一环。项目业主是一位乡村旅游创业者，此次委托设计师进行一个野骑营地的改造设计。场地位于莫干山风景区高峰村，原址是一个在半山腰的废弃养猪场，由几个小型建筑组团和围墙围合而成，部分房屋和围墙已坍塌。

Rural revitalization is the focus of national development in recent years, and rural tourism is an important part of it. The owner of the project is a rural tourism entrepreneur. This time, the designer is entrusted to carry out the renovation design of a wild riding camp. The site is located in Gaofeng Village, Moganshan Scenic Area. The original site is an abandoned pig farm halfway up the mountain, which is surrounded by several small building groups and walls, and some houses and walls have collapsed.

项目是以马和机车结合的野骑营地。作为野骑的大本营，功能划分有调教圈、室内咖啡馆、户外咖啡营地、大帐篷餐食区、配套房、马房等区域。经过实地分析与探讨，最终决定以轻改造的方式介入，修复和加固坍塌部分建筑，以功能区的安排为主要导向，通过体块之间关系的局部调整，建筑表面肌理和不同色彩的冲撞，绿化和灯牌的穿插，来营造整个场地的氛围。

The project is a wild riding camp combining horses and locomotives. As the base camp of wild riding, its functions are divided into training circle, indoor cafe, outdoor coffee camp, large tent dining area, supporting room, stable and other areas. After on-the-spot analysis and discussion, it was finally decided to intervene, repair and reinforce some collapsed buildings in a light transformation way. The atmosphere of the whole site was created through taking the arrangement of functional areas as the main guide, the local adjustment of the relationship between the blocks, the collision of the texture of the building surface with different colors, and the interspersion of greening and lights.

入口左边是坍塌一半的猪圈外墙，按照原有窗洞的规律把它修复和延伸形成围墙，并且整面墙刷成橘红色，透过窗洞能看到内部半开放的马房。入口右边保留了原有的红砖墙，中间通过木栅栏连接，形成大门。

On the left side of the entrance is the half collapsed pigsty exterior wall, which is repaired and extended to form a fence according to the rules of the original fenestration, and the whole wall is painted orange, and you can see the semi-open stables inside through the fenestration. On the right of the entrance, there is the original red brick wall retained, and the middle is connected by a wooden fence to form a gate.

围绕场地原有的三颗大树设置了户外营地，配套功能全部由不锈钢餐车解决，为场地增加了新鲜的元素。

An outdoor camp is set up around the original three big trees on the site, and all supporting functions are solved by stainless steel dining cars, which adds fresh elements to the site.

室内咖啡馆区域，我们在四周墙面设置了钢架，解决墙面稳定性的同时，通过木板，铁网，铁皮三种不同饰面模块来增加了装饰性。透过新设置的窗口能看到调教圈和视野最好的山景。

In the indoor cafe area, we set up steel frames around the walls to solve the stability of the walls, and meanwhile, we increased the decoration through three different facing modules： wood board, iron net and iron sheet. The training circle and the best mountain view can be seen through the newly set window.

项目通过以商业性为导向进行适度改造，在不破坏周边环境的前提下，将废弃的场地重新激活，为当地增加就业和当地的乡村旅游带来新的活力。

The project will moderately renovate through commercial orientation, reactivate the abandoned sites without damaging the surrounding environment, and bring new vitality to the local employment and local rural tourism.
